I do also wonder what this would mean long-term for the buying market and how that will be revolutionized as well. Something that I think is just a stop-gap but is interesting is a company like scout. (trustscout.com) that does predictions on what is a good investment and also gives ratings to the actual brokers themselves on a national level.
