It was great reading your insights, Alexandra. I'm especially happy to see how you think theaters are going to rebound, but I'm not sure I share in that optimism. While I do think we shall see a spike as people get vaccinated this summer and through the fall, innumerable theaters have already been forced to shutter their doors and I don't think people will want to raise the capital to bring them back in their current state. I think that industry has to completely change for them to make lasting change because for the past few years the only times me or my friends went to the movies were for specific movies where we thought "the big screen" would elevate the experience, and I'm not sure that's enough to sustain all the theaters we see around us. Maybe the next steps are to bring in partnerships with restaurants or bars, will be curious to see how the theater at the South Street Seaport does in comparison to others.
